The City of Indianapolis and Renew Indianapolis are pleased to announce that we have resumed landbank property showings after a brief suspension due to COVID-19. The purpose of these showings is to give requestors a chance to view and evaluate the condition of properties in our inventory.
Our system will allow you to request a maximum of two showings per week. To request showings, follow the instructions on the Property Inquiry page here.
Closings through title companies will continue to be scheduled and can be performed remotely. Future Development Lot closings are on hold unless buyers choose to close through a title company.

When attending a showing, you are required to wear a mask and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from other individuals. In addition, if you feel unwell, have a temperature, or are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms or if you have been in contact with someone who has experienced or is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please stay at home.
